Hello everyone! Back again! Yay! Five days in a row of posting. I have more coming tomorrow. This makes me happy. So happy! Anyway, I played with Simon Says Stamp’s Love You More release. I know this was released in December. My package only arrived this week due Christmas and New Year Holidays. So I am sharing the release projects this month. So bear with me.
I have a set of cards to share using the Ampersand Words stamp set. This set also has coordinating dies. I don’t have them yet. So I only used the stamp set. These are one layer card set.

The plan was to make stationery style card set. But I didn’t want plain background. Hence I used gold and black pigment inks to add some “asthetic” strokes on the background. I brushed the ink pads on the edges randomly to add some texture, colour and interest to the background of the card. Then I stamped the large Ampersand one in the middle, one in the lower left offset and one on the top left offset. The smaller secondary sentiments are also from the same stamp set stamped in black and gold to keep with the theme. To add colour I stamped and coloured heart and presents images from the stamp set with copic markers. The card felt a bit flat to me even though I know these are one layer cards. Hence I added some Moonshine sequins. I really really love how these cards turned out. Pack them together to make a gift set. Here are photos of the individual cards.

Hope you are inspired by my card set. If you make a card inspired by these, share on social media and tag me in. I will be back tomorrow with more projects to share. Have a lovely day!
What a clever use of the ampersand. Will keep that technique in mind.
