Hocus Pocus!

A quick post today sharing a halloween card using Taylored Expressions 3×4 watercolour panels – Halloween.

I coloured one of the watercolor panels from Halloween collection using Faber Castell’s Polychromos pencils instead of watercolours. I just didn’t have the patience to watercolour. Because of the textured paper, the pencil colouring came out pretty good.

For the background, I used one of my distress ink blended background. The coloured used are Seedless Preserve, Black Soot, Picked Raspberry, Ripe Persimmon and Mustard Seed. I added Moonstone glimmer paste over Bubbly Stencil on the background.

Then I simply adhered the pencil coloured 3×4 watercolour panel on the centre of the background panel. I adhered the entire panel on to a card base. Finally to add more texture I added a few glossy accents to the bubbles on the 3×4 pencil coloured panel.
