A beautiful sentiment on this card!

Hey everyone,

Welcome. Today I have a card to share using Altenew’s April release stamp set and dies. I have used Gradient Stripes Cover Die and Strength Blooms stamp set from Altenew.

I sponged a white cardstock panel with Hickory Smoke distress ink. Then I die cut this panel using the Gradient Stripes cover die. I adhered this panel on a white card base.

For the focal point, I stamped the flowers from Strength Blooms stamp set using Altenew’s Shades of Purple ink set and the leaves from the same stamp set using Sea Shore ink set. Then die cut them using the coordinating dies. Then I clustered and glued them together to make a large cluster. I adhered this cluster on the bottom centre of the card front.

This beautiful sentiment from Strength Blooms stamp set is my favourite sentiment. I white heat embossed it on a strip of black cardstock and adhered on top of the flower cluster. Finally to bring all the purples together, I added more purple by adding Amethyst sequins.

Here are some closeups

I really love the unique colour combination. I am trying to use the colour purple as much as I can as it is not my favourite colour. So I am trying to see what colours can combine with purple to make it appealing at least to me. Let me know what other colours go with purple.

All supplies used to make this card is listed below.

Thanks so much for visiting my blog.
