Hey Hey everyone, How are y’all doing? Hope you are keep safe and well. I am here today to share some more Christmas/Holiday cards with you. All the three cards are made using Taylored Expressions products. All of these products can be found in TE store under Christmas filter. Make a drink and enjoy.
I have used TE’s Peace Love and Cocktails stamp set for the focal images and sentiment from Simply Said Christmas stamp set. For the background, I used Scattered Stars stencil sponged using Sugar Cube ink on Pink Champagne cardstock panel. I sponged the edges of the panel with Strawberry Sorbet ink to add depth. Finally I embellished using white rhinestones.
This card is my favourite among the three today because of all the layers and textures. Again I used Pink Champagne cardstock panel. I then used the winter’s beauty stencil and applied MoonStone glimmer paste. I love this paste as it adds subtle texture and sparkle. Then I used the Let It Snow layering stencils and sponged Sugar Cube ink to add more interest and layer to the background panel. I sponged the edges of this panel using TE Raspberry Sorbet ink to add depth and Sugar Cube ink to add frost like look to the edges.
For the focal point layering, I used Pine Clippings dies die cut using white glitter cardstock, Make A Snowflake dies die cut using gold glitter cardstock and the Reindeer from Woodland Silhouette 1 die set die cut using golf foil cardstock. I glued the pine clipping and snowflakes dies cut and foam mounted the reindeer. The sentiment is black heat embossed on Raspberry Sorbet cardstock and sponged with Sugar Cube ink on the edges. A few white rhinestones to finish off the panel. The panel is glued to white card base.
This card is different to the previous two cards. I am obsessed with the emerald green colour. I wanted to sponged a light ray kind effect using yellow to green ombre effect. I used various TE dye ink to sponge the background. I have listed all the colours in the supply list below. Then I used Mini Slim Sunray stencil to sponge Sugar Cube ink to give the light ray effect. I then stamped The Light sentiment from The Light Shines stamp set using Oreo Ink. Couple of coloured images from Merry Millie stamp set die cut using coordinating die on the bottom right of the panel. A few white rhinestones to finish off the card panel. I mounted this panel on Toffee card base using foam adhesives.
