Hey everyone, How you are well. I am good. I am here to share a birthday card I made after a big break. Yes, I have not made a card in five days. I just cannot get into the mood to craft. It is just one of those days when life just takes over and I get exhausted that I have no energy to craft. So today I pushed myself to make a card. I really enjoyed the process of colouring, stamping and sponging inks and this has brought back my mojo. So happy I must say. So here is the card I made.
So I went through some of my stash of Simon Says Stamp and picked couple of older stamp sets and dies to make this card. I used the Lifting Hearts stamp set and coordinating dies along with Clean Line Everyday stamp set and coordinating dies.
I stamped and coloured the images from Lifting Hearts stamp set. Using the coordinating dies, I die cut them all out. I stamped the happy birthday sentiment from Clean Line Everyday stamp set and die cut using coordinating die.
For the background, I used Large Dot stencil from Simon to sponge distress oxide inks. I used Dried Marigold, Squeezed Lemonade and Shaded Lilac. I added a vellum layer upon which I adhered the die cut images and sentiment. A few Moonshine sequins along with white Nuvo at the centre to finish off the panel. I adhered the panel to the white card front. That finished the card.
Hope you like my cutesy birthday card. I enjoyed the process of making it. I will see you soon with more in the coming days. Until them stay safe and healthy.
