Hope you are all doing well. I have some great news from my state in Australia. Our premier has relaxed some of the restrictions after a few days of no infection. Schools open, gathering of 10 persons with social distancing and a few others. It is a trial hoping there is no second wave or community transmission. Fingers crossed all goes good.
Anyway, I have a mother’s day card to share today using Simon Says Stamp’s new release Sunny Days Ahead collection.

I used masking technique to mask and stamp a whole white panel with images from Spring Flowers 4 stamp set. Then I coloured them using copic markers. I chose some good contrast and bright colours. Then I die cut the coloured panel using Simon’s Postage Edge die and adhered to black card base using foam adhesives. The black outline of the stamp images ties in with the black card base.
For the sentiment, I just trimmed the sentiment from Reverse Sentiment Panel Mom and adhered using foam adhesives for extra dimension. A few confetti from Simon scattered around the sentiment to finish off the card.

Supplies:

I love the high contrast and bright colours on my card. Makes a big impact. Hope you do too. Simon Says Stamp is shipping. All new release are available for purchase. Thank you for taking the time to visit my blog today. Have a wonderful day and stay safe.
