More Diwali cards!

Diwali or Festival of Lights is on the 7th of November. It is not far off now. I have another set of Diwali cards to share with you today using Mudra’s new release Diwali Decoratives stamp set.

Hello and welcome back to my blog. After three days of migraine, I feel a bit better today. Able to craft as well as able to see the laptop screen without having to suffer from aura of migraine. So here are my set of Diwali cards.

A set of three cards using Mudra’s Diwali Decoratives stamp set only. For the background, I sponged Candied Apple, Abandoned Coral, Spiced Marmalade and Carved Pumpkin distress inks. Using MISTI, I arranged all the stamps except the sparkle stamp and stamped the images on the background panel using versamark and gold heat embossed. Then I stamped the sparkle image using acrylic block randomly and gold heat embossed them as well. All the panel were trimmed to 4’x5.25′ in size. I then matted all the panel with gold glitter cardstock cut to the card front size. All the panels are then glued to card base. Finally embellished with gold sequins also from Mudra.
