Freehand Loose Watercolouring!

Hi All,

I did something totally out of my comfort zone. Yes! totally out of my comfort! I did freehand loose watercolouring using Altenew’s Watercolor Pan set to make this floral bouquet on the card below.

This card is for Altenew Academy’s Watercolor Basics and Beyond class lesson 6. Well, I practised this morning couple of times and bravely forged ahead to freehand a bouquet. To my surprise, it turned out pretty good. Not perfect but I am certainly happy with how it turned out.  I then trimmed the watercolour panel to card front size, stamped the sentiment from Dearest Friend stamp set using Altenew’s permanent black ink. Then the secondary sentiment from the same stamp set is white heat embossed on strip of black cardstock and adhered below the large sentiment using foam adhesives.
