Simon Says Showers and/or Flowers!

April 19, 2017 Simon Says Stamps

Hi all and welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge

Thank you for joining us for the Color Inspiration Challenge and we hope you will all join us again this week too.

We will be back soon with the lucky winners of the $50 Vouchers

This week the challenge is

Showers and/or Flowers

This week we are showcasing Prima Products . You don’t have to use them for the challenge but if you have them we would love to see them used.

As always Simon Says Stamp will be giving away $50 voucher to shop at the fabulous Simon Says Stamp Store

I framed my card panel for this challenge. I used a standard card front size white cardstock to sponge Cracked Pistachio distress oxide ink on the Oval of Flowers stencil from Simon Says Stamp. Then to make the background tone on tone, I sponged the same distress oxide colour on the entire background. Then Vintage Photo distress oxide on the edges of the panel. I stamped the sentiment from Hand lettered stamp set from Simon Says Stamp using Versafine Onyx Black ink. The flowers and leaves are from Prima Marketing. They are called Dora and Winnie Bedtime Stories collection. I assembled and glued them into a cluster framing the sentiment. Instead of making a card, I adhered this panel on a pink pattern paper on the background and to a shadow frame. I think the sentiment and flowers fit the theme of the challenge. The frame is awesome to keep on a console table or bedside table. Here are some closeups.

So now it’s YOUR turn.  Happy Crafting
