Celebrating 300th Cupcake Inspiration!

Hey dear friends,
Cupcake Inspirations Challenge Blog is celebrating their 300th Challenge milestone.
Here is a little about Cupcake Inspirations from their blog.
Cupcake Inspirations is a fun, calorie free way to challenge your crafting skills. Each week we provide a delicious cupcake to inspire you to craft.

The challenge was first created in 2009, by Rachel Hope, as a way to inspire others to create! Since then, we have featured over 200 delectable cupcakes to inspire the crafting world.

We hope you’ll join us each Sunday with your favorite cup of coffee or tea and enjoy a yummy cupcake!
As part of the celebrations, there are three delicious inspiration cupcake challenges for you to play along. There are three huge prize packages with $600 from 30 very generous sponsors. Winnie & Walter is one of the sponsor. As part of their design team, I made projects for couple of their challenges.
This is my card for the challenge.
Happy Birthday card
I did watercolouring technique using images from Winnie & Walter’s Sugar Rush stamp set. Added some detail using black fineliner. I then added some diamond stickles on the icing of the cupcake and gold stickles on the sparkles. Once dry, I black heat embossed the sentiment. I die cut this panel using the smaller frame from Essentials: Katherine Cutaways and mounted the panel on the card front. No card of mine is complete without Pretty Pink Posh’s sequins. I have used Sparkly Clear 6mm and 4mm on my card. Here is a closeup.

Here is the second challenge. It is a colour challenge.
These challenges are perfect with Winne & Walter’s new release stamp sets. Here is my card for the challenge.
Happy Birthday card
I have used the donuts from the Sugar Rush Stamp Set over the cupcake base. I stamped and coloured them with copics, cut them out and layered them over the tag from Essentials: Katherine Cutaway over the blue colour wash background. I then stamped the banner in green and sentiment in black over it, cut them out and foam mounted them. To bring the colours together, I added coordinating pattern papers on the back of the panel.I added green twine to the tag, Mossy Green sequins from Pretty Pink Posh and a paper clip to keep the layers together. Here is a closeup of the card.
