Embellish Challenge – Crochet Trim Color Trends

Hi everybody,
Well, I am still alive and kicking lol! Life has just taken over. Parents, in-laws coming tomorrow, my mom’s 60th birthday tomorrow, kids having school holidays and I am contantly on the run. No time for craft and to blog. But this afternoon, my friend and neighbour offered to take my kids along with hers to movies to see “HOP”. So I quickly managed to make a card for Embellish Crochet Trim Color Trends Challenge.
Here is  the challenge’s inspirational photo for you.

Here is my take on the challenge.

I have used cardstocks, Love Lives Here stamp set and dies, satin ribbon from Papertrey Ink, Pattern papers from Crate Paper and Pink Paislee, doilie die from MFT, crochet trim and rhinestone from Kaisercraft and finally inks from Stampin’ Up!

Love the color combination. By myself I don’t think I will combine these colors. Colors on the photo are not the exact match to whats on the card. Lighting is not very good in my room at this moment. Sorry about that! I am restricted by time.  If I have time I will try and take another photo tomorrow and replace this one.

Thanks for the challenge. Have a great Easter 🙂

Luv!
