Emboss resist

February 5, 2010 PTI, Uncategorized

Emboss resist is a simple but very effective technique. Sponging color just pops the embossed image.
Here is the card I made using the technique.

Here is a close up showing the technique.

I have used Blooming Button Bits, Say it with Style, Text Style and Top Ten stamp sets to make this card. Sponged Berry Sorbet and Rasberry Fizz. CS used are Kraft, Sweet Blush, New Leaf, Dark Chocolate and SU’s Confetti White.
I really liked doing the background and then embossing the image and then sponging color. The text background is a nice touch. Hope you like the card!
Thanks for the video and a cool challenge, Nicole!
Thanks for stopping by. Have a great day!
Hugs
